A little bit of the Connecticut shoreline, gathered in one gift. This set pairs my hand-illustrated art with a Salt & Rose candle from my friend Oddette’s company, Oh D’Luxe, in Bridgeport. Together, they bring two woman-owned Connecticut small businesses, and the gentle spirit of a summer garden by the sea, to someone you love.

Inside, you’ll find my Resplendent Summer tea towel, an elegant bouquet of baptisia, cosmos, peony, delphinium, chive blossoms, and silene. Alongside it is my Textured Tulips notepad, where lilac joins ruffled Dream Touch, feathery parrot, and fringed Cummins and Blue Heron tulips in rich shades of purple. A matching Textured Tulips card is tucked into the bellyband, ready for your personal message.

A special addition: Salt & Rose candle by Oh D’Luxe

Oddette’s 2 oz soy candle is reminiscent of a quiet walk along the shore, with a delicate blend of fragrant red rose and pure sea salt intermingled with notes of ozone. Its scent is at its best in cozy spaces, such as a bedroom, bathroom, entryway, or home office.

• Resplendent Summer tea towel: soft, absorbent 100% cotton flour sack, woven in India and printed in California. It’s a 28" square with the design printed on both sides, so you can turn it to the fresh side after any spill.

• Textured Tulips notepad: 4" x 6" with 48 sheets and five rotating design variations, printed in Massachusetts by a woman-owned print shop.

• Salt & Rose candle: 2 oz soy candle, made by Oh D’Luxe in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

• Textured Tulips greeting card: blank inside for your personal message, with envelope, tucked into the bellyband.

  
  

Details:

• Box size: 6" x 8.5" x 2"

• Packaging: plastic-free kraft gift box with decorative bellyband

• Tea towel care: machine washable; do not bleach. As with any natural cotton, the print may soften slightly over time.

• Candle care: Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn. Let the first burn last long enough for the wax to melt evenly to the edges, which helps prevent tunneling. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and stop when 1/4" of wax remains. Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, never move it while the wax is liquid, and never leave it burning unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable.
