How long does it take to do one of these pieces?

One work of art can take between 8 to 15 hours over a few days, sometimes longer. It’s a race against time as the flowers begin to wilt!

What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be happy! While we do not take returns, we will personally work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. Please email us and we will work it out together. Thank you!

What medium is used to create the art?

The original drawings are made on 18 x 24 paper. The first step is drawing the outlines using a black UniBall Micro pen.  Then, the colors are layered on using Prismacolor colored pencils creating these vibrant and vivid illustrations!

How quickly will my order be sent?

Most orders are packed and on their way within 24 hours. Occasionally, the shop will be briefly closed. When that happens, the dates for the next shipment will be posted clearly on the website.

What is your shipping policy?

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders and provide tracking numbers with your confirmation email.

Where are your products made?

Being a local brand is a core value for Vivid Cottage. The flowers are grown in Connecticut and the drawings are made in my home studio. The paper drawings are professionally scanned in Westport. Our luxury stationery is printed in Norwalk. The tea towels are printed in California. My ancestors included school teachers, family doctors, and factory workers, so our local worker pride is strong!
